Vivint Security

For those that have ever looked into improving their home security situation then it is guaranteed that you will have come across Vivint at one time or another. Previously known as APX they have been active in this market for well over a decade now and provide security solutions to many homes across the USA and Canada although a great deal of their business is based in Utah where the business was formed. However, the Vivint name has sometimes been under scrutiny by some individuals who post negative reviews about Vivint security on the internet and we are going to look into these accusations here.

One of the claims made is that the company is ripping people off by selling below par quality products. Over 600,000 households in two countries use Vivint as their security company of choice and many customers have commented that they feel much safer with Vivint than they did before they installed any advanced security products. In fact the company is not just present in security as they have also branched out into solar energy and are now providing solar panels to thousands of homes across the country in an effort to cut down on greenhouse gases as well as provide families with a most cost effective and cleaner way in which to power their home. Does this realistically sound like a company that is ripping people off and scamming them out of money? Rather than focusing on a few negative reviews of the company and the service it provides the real focus should be on the positive work Vivint is doing and how highly regarded they are held within the security and automation market. The authenticity of the negative reviews is hard to determine however what can be proved is Vivint’s stellar reputation within a highly competeive and evolving industry.
